At Denman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair tools, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, brushes and combs that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original Denman packaging, ensuring all protective seals and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
